What's in a Name...
Little B's Bakery is named after a speical little girl named Brooke. Brooke was born with Down Syndrome and Celiac Disease. She has always referred to herself as "B" and this is the inspiration behind the name and the starting of the bakery. Although Brooke enjoys all the cookies and muffins, she will tell you that she loves the ginger cookies the best!

Rebecca Dahm, the owner of Little B's Bakery, grew up in a family that suffered from Celiac Disease and other food allergies. As a result, she has gained a lot of experience with special diets, specifically gluten and nut free diets. Her desire to help others with similar dietary needs led her to open a bakery dedicated to producing quality products, in a gluten and nut free environment.
